Location. The World Quest Resort is located off International Drive in the Lake Buena Vista area of Orlando, Fla. Walt Disney World and Disney's Wide World of Sports are one mile from the resort. Epcot is three miles away, and SeaWorld is six miles from the resort. Golf is available four miles away at the Falcon's Fire Golf Course.
Features. This Mediterranean inspired resort combines Old World architecture with modern finishes and conveniences. Complimentary continental breakfasts and sunset socials with refreshments and light snacks are provided daily. Hot tea, cold beverages and sweets are served evenings. Wireless Internet access is available for a fee. A sundeck and Tiki bar complement a freeform outdoor pool. The resort's clubhouse includes a fitness center and a 24 hour market offering groceries, toiletries and assorted sundries. Concierge assistance is available for theme park tickets, dinner reservations and directions to area attractions. A regularly scheduled shuttle service to and from Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores is complimentary.
Guestrooms. World Quest Resort offers two and three bedroom condominiums with high ceilings and custom made furniture. Fully equipped kitchens include premium appliances and granite countertops. Separate sitting areas provide entertainment centers. All accommodations feature private, screened in balconies or patios. Bathrooms include jetted tubs, bathrobes and complimentary toiletries. Cable television is provided, and wireless Internet access is available. All units include washers and dryers.
Expert Tip. Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex, located one mile from the resort, is a 220 acre facility hosting more than 170 amateur and professional events each year. The complex's All Star Caf? features sports themed arcade games, a dining room lined with baseball mitt shaped booths, and big screen televisions airing sports highlights and live games.
