Cook Loft is positioned four blocks from the University of Tennessee and the Knoxville Convention Center.
Features. The Cook Loft was constructed in 1924 by Joseph Edward Cook, who was the inspiration for the property's name. The loft features hardwood floors, exposed brick walls and a skylight. Guests have ultimate privacy, as they rent out the entire two bedroom unit. A big screen television and fireplace are featured in the loft's media center. Complimentary wireless and high speed wired Internet access is included. The loft is secured by intercom entry systems. Parking is available across the street. Pets are not allowed at this property.
